Eligibility
- Life, not the bank, underwrites the insurance and decides proposal acceptance after verification and underwriting.
- Plan availability, riders and enrollment conditions can vary by country.
- Premiums, benefits, surrender terms, exclusions, charges and tax outcomes must be checked in the exact current policy documents.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.

- Completed proposal form and recent photograph
- Proof of age and income, active Indian /
bank account, passport copy and or Form 60 - Questionnaire, permanent Indian address proof, FATCA form and valid email address
- Medical reports if required by underwriting
- For claims as applicable: claim form, original policy, foreign-residency proof, tax-residency declaration and Form 10F, death certificate or maturity discharge, claimant identity/
address and bank details, plus any required medical, employer or police reports
