Eligibility

  • The deposit is INR-only; NRI customers use NRE or NRO deposits.
  • Only Term Deposit and Special Term Deposit forms are eligible; MOD, tax-saving, annuity and recurring deposits are excluded.
  • The applicable numeric rate depends on the card rate for the customer category, amount, tenor and deposit date.
  • The page conflicts on digital availability, although its current introduction and application link advertise Internet Banking and YONO.
  • Existing TDRs cannot be converted to SGRTD and SGRTD cannot be converted back to a regular TDR.

Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
