Eligibility
- The employee must be permanent and belong to an eligible state, Union Territory, board or aided-education employer category.
- Benefits vary by state and must be confirmed with the home branch.
- Correct SGSP package and salary-variant classification is required before benefits apply.
- More than three consecutive months without salary credit causes conversion to normal savings and withdrawal of package benefits.
- Insurance maxima and loan concessions remain subject to separate current eligibility, approval and claim conditions.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
