Fees and chargesCurrent Annexure I charges: issuance fee ₹100 + GST for every vehicle class; refundable tag deposit is ₹200 for Class 4 and Class 20, and ₹100 for other classes; minimum first recharge is ₹100 for Class 4 and Class 20, ₹140 for Classes 5–6, and ₹300 for Classes 7–19. The published totals are ₹418 for Classes 4/ 20, ₹358 for Classes 5/ 6 and ₹518 for Classes 7–19 (including applicable GST on the ₹100 issuance fee). Replacement is ₹100 + GST, shown as ₹118, for Class 4/ Class 20 and all other vehicle classes. GST, government levies and future service charges apply as notified; tag deposits are refunded on account closure and listed charges are subject to change.View source

Eligibility and usage conditionsFASTag is issued to individual or corporate applicants after an application and approval. The tag is unique to the vehicle, non-transferable and must be affixed to that vehicle's windscreen. Online, M-connect Plus and Tab-banking issuance is limited to Class 4 car/ jeep/ van vehicles for Bank of Baroda account holders whose vehicle is registered in the individual's name. The official webpage says two-wheelers are not currently issued FASTag. KYC-compliant accounts may hold up to ₹1,00,000; non-KYC individual accounts up to ₹10,000; cash recharge is limited to ₹5,000 per transaction. The tag is valid for five years, for participating national-highway toll plazas in India and INR toll payments only.View source
