Conditional prepayment and foreclosure chargesPNB's tariff section 10.15: when a non-individual borrower shifts a term loan to another bank/ FI, 2% of the prepaid amount; for cash-credit/ overdraft closed before its due date, 2% of the sanctioned limit. No cash-credit/ overdraft closure fee if the borrower gives written non-renewal notice 3 months before the due date and closes on that date. The same section exempts floating-rate loans to individuals for non-business purposes and to individuals/ MSEs for business purposes, with or without co-obligants, with no lock-in; further listed exceptions include MSE borrowers, borrower-owned funds and specified rate-reset/ term-change cases.
