Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.

- Salaried: latest employer salary certificate showing gross/
net salary; / Form 16 for the last 2 years as applicable; salary-account statements for the last 6 or 12 months as applicable. - Agriculturist: landholding/
cropping record or other income proof. Other individuals: and audited balance sheets where applicable for the last 2 years of business/ activity and account statements for the last 6 or 12 months as applicable. - Where relevant, income proof for spouse, earning children or parents whose income is used to determine the loan amount; property papers depend on the transaction and tenure/title route. PNB calls the checklist suggestive and permits locally required or case-specific documents.
