Eligibility
- Applicant must have rooftop rights, a regular electricity bill in their name and CIC score 680+ (or -1 to 99 for no credit history). Applicants above age 65 need legal-heir co-obligation below age 60.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
