Eligibility

  • Resident Indian household income must be up to ₹9 lakh and the family must not own a pucca house in India.
  • A woman must be sole or co-owner, and other scheme housing-allotment and carpet-area conditions apply.

Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
