Eligibility
- The account is for an individual above 18 who does not have officially valid documents; regular savings-account eligibility otherwise applies.
- Strict ₹50,000 balance, ₹10,000 monthly debit, ₹1 lakh annual credit and four-monthly-debit limits apply until full .
- A second 12-month relaxed- period requires timely evidence of applying for an officially valid document; after 24 months without full , only closure is permitted.
- Foreign remittances cannot be credited before identity is fully established with officially valid documents.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
