proprietorships: up to 25× gross monthly income, capped at ₹1 crore; business concerns have no loan ceiling - Maximum repayment 120 ; nil processing, documentation and prepayment charges
Eligibility
- For private use, individuals may apply alone or jointly with one permitted parent, spouse or earning child; only one co-borrower's income is considered. Company/
firm business concerns must have been in cash profit for the last 2 years. A 110% liquid term deposit removes the minimum monthly-income floor.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
