Eligibility

  • Minors are excluded, and SBI publishes a separate non-callable scheme for NRI customers.
  • The principal must be at least ₹1,00,01,000 and remain below ₹3 crore.
  • Senior citizens and eligible SBI staff categories receive their applicable additional interest over the public non-callable rate.
  • Premature withdrawal is unavailable for ordinary liquidity needs; compare a callable fixed deposit if early access may be required.
