Processing, upfront and facility chargesSBI's listed C&I/ SME/ AGL tariff gives working-capital processing bands from nil/ fixed charges to 0.40%–1.00% by limit and rating, with a separate above-₹50 crore schedule; other term loans use a 1.25%–2.00% rating-based upfront fee. - Ethanol projects of sugar mills/
molasses/ grain/ dual-feed distilleries with the specified tripartite agreement and 5% margin are expressly excluded. - general Commercial Loan lists self-employed professionals and proprietors, partnership firms, private/public limited corporations and as commercial-loan applicants; it does not expressly map every listed constitution to this Bio-fuel scheme.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
