Eligibility
- Applicant must be an holding a valid Indian passport.
- Applicant must have regular employment, self-employment or business for at least 2 years and a foreign job contract/
work permit valid for at least 2 years. - Minimum gross annual income, averaged over the last 3 years, is ₹5 lakh, including co-applicant income counted for the limit.
- Purpose may be any purpose except -restricted or speculative activity; property developers/dealers/brokers and share/stock brokers are excluded.
- , trusts and public limited companies are not eligible.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.

- Self-employed applicants: balance sheets and profit-and-loss accounts, individual income-tax returns for the last 3 years, business/
profession note, business proof (any two valid registrations), place-of-business address proof and continuous discharge certificate where applicable. - Property documents as applicable: agreement for sale, approved blueprint, non-agriculture certificate, commencement/completion/occupancy certificates, latest property-tax receipt, society/share certificate, builder/seller payment receipts, development agreement, chain of earlier agreements, advocate title-clearance report and bank-approved valuation report.
- For takeover: existing loan account statement, property-document list acknowledged by the existing lender, sanction letter and foreclosure letter where available.
