Eligibility
- The vehicle, owner-driver, policy schedule and effective driving-licence conditions govern eligibility; no person-age threshold is published.
- Owner-driver personal-accident cover requires the owner-driver to be the registered owner and named insured, with an effective driving licence under Rule 3 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989; nominee details are required.
- Optional add-ons apply only when shown in the policy schedule and subject to their own conditions, limits and deductibles.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.

- Policy schedule, proposal details and original certificate of insurance.
- Vehicle registration certificate and evidence of ownership; for transfer, acceptable sale evidence and the original old certificate are required within the published transfer process.
- Effective driving licence for the owner-driver personal-accident claim and nominee details in the proposal form.
- For theft or criminal loss, immediate police notice, the final investigation report or /police acknowledgement and insurer claim information.
- For emergency medical add-on claims, original valid bills or receipts and the attending practitioner, hospital or nursing-home prescription.
- For a death-related policy transfer, death certificate, proof of title to the vehicle and original policy.
