Eligibility
- Applicants are generally 18–65 with a valid driving licence; salaried borrowers with pension may be eligible up to age 70. Existing PNB customers need six months of satisfactory account conduct; new customers need a one-year satisfactory banking record elsewhere. Students aged 18+ may apply with a salaried parent as co-borrower.
Passing a listed condition does not mean the bank will approve an application.
