Conditional takeover/prepayment rulePNB's current schedule lists 2% of the amount prepaid for a non-individual borrower taking over a term loan to move to another bank/ FI, and 2% of the sanctioned limit for a non-individual borrower closing CC/ OD before due date to shift lenders.
