Conditional cash-credit closure chargeFor a non-individual borrower shifting to another bank/ FI, PNB's current tariff charges 2% of the sanctioned limit if a cash-credit/ overdraft facility is closed before its due date. No such charge applies if written notice of non-renewal is given at least 3 months before the due date and the facility closes on that date. The tariff lists exemptions for qualifying floating-rate individual/ MSE borrowers and other stated cases; applicability depends on borrower, facility, rate type and takeover circumstances. The scheme sheet lists demand loan/ cash credit, not term loan.View source
Section 10.15 applies the 2% sanctioned-limit charge to a non-individual borrower closing CC/before due date to shift to another bank/ FI; its written notice and on-due-date exception and enumerated exemptions remain material.
